Encompassed in this one name are numerous sub-subdivisions such as Harbour Park, Marina Bay Park, Fairway Pointe. The original South Shore Harbour is a gated community with numerous electronic entries and one manned gate. The development consists of a golf course, homes, patio homes and townhomes. Located between South Shore Harbour Blvd, FM518 and FM2094, it is just a stone’s throw from the Kemah Boardwalk. The original development began in the mid 1980’s and building appears to be almost finalized in section 50. Further expansion is expected but not yet known. Affordability Index: ●●●●XX
