Very well located near the intersection of FM646 and I45 Gulf Freeway in League City on its southern most border, there are numerous restaurants, Wal-Mart, Home Depot and other amenities close by. Builders at Victory Lakes include Village, Perry, Trendmaker and others and some lots are waterfront (retention lake) and few are on the public golf course.
